Vesper Express was founded on a simple idea: freight brokerage works better when fewer things are promised and more things are delivered.
Most freight brokers will tell you the same things — vetted carriers, on-time delivery, great communication. We say those things too, because they're table stakes. The difference is in how it actually plays out when a chassis runs short, when a driver no-shows, or when a customer needs a status update at 6:30 PM on a Friday.
We started Vesper Express to operate the way we always wished our vendors would — available, accountable, and honest about what we can and can't do. We focus on two service types on purpose: drayage and full-truckload. Saying no to the rest is how we get the rest right.
